Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Zenith Staff Sale 2025 Online platform (hereafter referred to as the “Platform") of LVMH Watch & Jewellery (hereafter referred to as "LVMH W&J"). The terms of this Platform apply to all users who browse, use and log in to the Platform. You shall agree with and accept the following terms and conditions before you browse, use and log in. Otherwise, LVMH W&J will reserve the right to terminate or refuse your use of the Platform.

1. General
I. All products on this Platform are legally owned and sold by LVMH W&J. LVMH W&J employees, invited employees of other affiliate companies within the LVMH Group (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you") have the right to purchase products on this Platform.
II. The Platform will be launched at 08:00am on 10th December 2025, and available until 11:59pm on 12th December 2025.
III. You can only purchase the products for personal use by you. All wholesale, resale or other profit or illegal activities are strictly prohibited. LVMH W&J reserves the right to cancel your order and terminate your use of the Platform if breaching the terms.

2. Purchase Restrictions
I. Each user can purchase a maximum of 2 watches.
II. All Sale items are available while stock last, and on first come first serve basis.

3. Order Confirmation
I. The products added to the shopping cart is NOT reserved for the customer.
II. The products will NOT be reserved for the customer if the payment is not completed within 15 minutes upon order confirmation.
III. The products sold on this Platform have limited inventory, and LVMH W&J will confirm the purchase order according to the sequence of order placement and your final payment.
IV. The purchase order will be confirmed by a return email with invoice attachment upon completion of on-line payment.
V. Order cannot be changed or refunded after payment confirmation.

4. Payment
I. Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
II. Payment in SGD only.

5. Return Policy
I. All products will be sold in “as is” condition and may have slight marks and/or scratches. Items should have no functional defects. There will be strictly NO exchange, NO refund nor credit for items purchased from the Platform.
II. Two-year local warranty will be offered on the movement only for any products sold through this Platform. In case of further after sales maintenance and repair enquiry, please contact our Customer Service of LVMH W&J. All after sales services provided will be charged according to the quotation from Customer Service of LVMH W&J.

6. Collection Arrangement
I. Products will be available for pick up at LVMH Singapore Office, located at 391B Orchard Road, #11-08 Ngee Ann City Tower B, Singapore 238874. Collection dates estimation are as follows: Wednesday, 17th December 2025 and Thursday, 18th December 2025. Exact date will be confirmed to you via one to one communication post purchase.
II. User is required to present soft copy of the invoice attachment and the personal ID for verification upon collection of your purchase.
III. For third Party collection, copy of the user’s personal ID and signed hard copy of the Third Party Authorization Letter are required for verification upon pick up.
IV. LVMH W&J and OnTheList does not promise the delivery time of any products for sale. The specific delivery schedules will be subjected to change under unforeseen circumstances. LVMH W&J will not be liable for any breach of contract due to force majeure factors or due to unforeseen traffic disruption, but LVMH W&J will notify you and arrange for another pickup time.

7. Intellectual Property Statement
The materials on this Platform include, but not limited to, text, content, software, video, music, sound, graphics, photos, figures, art design, pictures, names, logos, trademarks and/or service marks (including registered and unregistered ), as well as other materials (hereinafter referred to as "the platform content") are protected by copyright laws, trademark laws, patent laws and other intellectual property laws and regulations. The content of this Platform includes content owned or controlled by LVMH W&J and its affiliates and by third parties that authorized by LVMH W&J. You are not authorized to use the trademarks and names above and don’t have any right without the consent of LVMH W&J or its affiliates (or related rights holders). Nothing on this Platform should be deemed as granting any license or authorization to use the trademarks and other intellectual property rights displayed on this Platform. Except for the scope of these Terms of Use, all use (or misuse) of the trademarks or other content of this Platform will be strictly prohibited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVMH W&J will actively take all measures to protect its intellectual property rights, including bringing it to criminal justice.

8. Protection of Personal Information
If you want to access the Platform and purchase products, you may need to register or log in. During the registration process, you will be asked to submit relevant personal information (including your name, email address, phone number, etc.). If you enter your detailed information in the relevant message blocks, it will be considered that you authorize LVMH W&J to provide you with the products and services of your choice, and LVMH W&J will have the right to use your personal information above for the purpose of managing product sales and processing orders. LVMH W&J may authorize third parties, including its affiliates, to process and share your personal information for the purposes stated above.

9. Account Confidentiality
You need to keep your user account and passwords safe and should not transfer, lend or disclose your username and password to any other third party without the permission of LVMH W&J. You must immediately notify LVMH W&J if any account has been discovered, stolen or misused, otherwise any loss to LVMH W&J will be borne by you.

10. No Unauthorized Leeching
Unless with the written permission of LVMH W&J, no individual may copy, reproduce, reorganize, recompile, decode, decompose, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, operate, modify, upload, copy and use any other means to use the contents on the Platform on any other website or platform.

11. Others
LVMH W&J and OnTheList reserve the right of final decision in case of disputes. LVMH W&J and OnTheList may amend these Terms of Use and publish it on the Platform at any time.
